Brice Construction Inc. was incorporated in 1986 in the State of Tennessee with the purpose of building homes in the state of Tennessee. Michael Brice, President and Principal Owner, graduated from the University of Georgia with a major in Business Administration. Prior to beginning the company, he was the Managing Director of a Holiday Inn franchise group, managing the construction of hotel rooms from the ground up and the renovations of the lobbies, restaurants, and lounges. He also contracted to build his own homes at the ages of 26 and 33. These experiences led to the creation of Brice Construction Inc.

Over the past 20 years, Michael Brice (DBA Brice Construction Inc., M&B Develoment, and Brice Development LLC) has developed Kings Place, Kings Point, Hunters Ridge, Hunters Point, and Wellington Subdivisions and he has built many homes in the Middle Tennessee area.
